Family Time

בדיוק חזרנו מביקור בארץ. קשה לסכם שבועיים בכמה משפטים, אבל היה ממש נפלא לראות את האדון איש מבלה עם משפחה וחברים. להמחשה ויזואלית, קבלו תמונות של גבס באמבטיה עם בת הדודה שלו זהר - וברור לי שהתמונה הזו תביך את שניהם בעוד עשר שנים - ותמונה של יותם שר את מכה אפורה עם אבא שלו ורם בחגיגת בר המצווה שלו. הוא גדול

We just got back from Tel Aviv. It's really hard to sum-up two weeks in a few sentences, but it was really great seeing the master man spending time with family and friends. For visual representation, below are pics of Gabi in the tub with cousin Zohar (and I'm really looking forward to seeing how these pics embarrase them in 10 years), and a picture of Yotam singing with his father and Ram during the Bar Mitzvah after party. He did AMAZING.

הקרוסלה The Carousel

נסענו לראות את רנה וג'ייקוב לפני שבוע ולקחנו את הילדים למוזיאון. גבי ונח לא הפסיקו לרוץ לרגע. מסמר הערב, ללא ספק, היה סיבוב על הקרוסלה העתיקה של המוזיאון. תמונות למטה.

We saw Rene and Jacob last weekend, and took the kids to the State Museum. Gabi and Noa did not stop running for one second. The highlight, hands down, was a ride on the classic carousel. Pics below.

Hanuka & Christmas

חגגנו נר ראשון של חנוכה אצלנו בבית עם חברים - היו פה ארבעה ילדים פעילים במיוחד ואף אחד לא התפנה לצלם, אבל היה מאוד נחמד. את חג המולד חגגנו אצל סבתא של אמילי ומצורפות כמה תמונות של המר איש פותח מתנות.

We celebrated the first night of Hanukkah at home with friends - and with four active kids running around nobody really had time to take pictures...but it was really nice. We celebrated Christmas at Emily's grandmother, and below are some pics of the Gabs opening presents.

אריה שואג The Lion Roars

גבי חגג את ההאלאווין השני שלו בתור....אריה. לה קומפקט בילתה שעות עם גבי בשינון השאגה - פס הקול הנלווה לתחפושת. כסבא ביל שאל את גבי "מה אומר אריה?", הילד פשוט הסתכל עליו ובטון נון-שלנטי ענה... "שואג". הרי את זה כולם יודעים. כמה תמונות למטה.

Gabi celebrated his second halloween as a lion. La compact spent hours working with gabi on his ROAR, but when Saba Bill asked him "what does a lion say?", Gabs just looked at him and casually said "roar." Everyone knows that.
